We at Sheraton care for your wellbeing and therefore have created a personal exercise program that can assist you throughout your stay with us. We offer only the latest and current exercise routines, every session would be a different and exciting experience tailored exclusively to your individual goals and physique. Furthermore, our certified gym experts will give you fabulous tips on how to achieve your personal goals and maintain them. The best part is that you do not have to follow our schedule, you make your own!

In addition, the duration of this training is entirely up to the guests and their personal goals that they would like to achieve while our fitness experts will advise them on the most suitable duration they would require. We have created special packages that are open to all guests and interested individuals can register with us to enjoy the facilities as well as the program. Moreover, guests and members have the freedom to choose the amount of sessions that they would like which can range from 1 training session and up to 30 training sessions at a reasonable price of RM120 per session. Our gym experts recommend a regular exercise regime of 2-3 times per week to really see and feel the difference.

This training program is opened to the public and our in-house guests. However, those who are interested should inform our fitness experts about their medical history so that they are able to tailor according to each individual’s needs in terms of exertion and capabilities.
Furthermore, our gym is fully equipped with free weights, treadmills, smith machine, and flat benches for those who would like to exercise without any professional supervision. Those who are interested in just joining for a short period of time can register for just three months with an attractive fee of just RM650.00. Annually, we have attractive packages for individuals, couples and corporate guests.
