Rotana Marks the Third Stop on the T6 Emirati Leadership Development Journey
Abu Dhabi, UAE, January 26th 2012: In its third week, hosted this time by Rotana, the leading hotel management company in the region, at the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, the T6 Leadership Development Program delivered by Altaaat Leadership Development Institute continues its journey to explore more leadership experiences and lessons that are enriched by the interactive discussions and real case studies derived from actual challenges which program participants had been observing at the various working environments around them.
This week, the ten program participants representing different local companies had the honor to meet with His Excellency Nasser Mohamed Al Nowais, Chairman of Rotana, and a true Arabian Knight of the Hospitality industry, alongside his obvious success as an entrepreneur, visionary and one of the most admired role models to local leaders.
HE Al Nowais shared his vivid experiences about leadership and management from being a noted public servant who has built and managed world-ranking institutions and companies on behalf of the UAE Government, to forming two of the Region’s largest and most prominent hotel companies – Rotana Group, and Abu Dhabi National Hotel Company (ADNH).
The words of advice and wisdom extended by His Excellency’s living success story, left participants with a vivid sense of inspiration and encouragement to embrace and pass on these leadership behaviors and values that undoubtedly underlie the real success of any leader. In his closing remarks, he extended his best wishes to the T6 Leadership Development Program in its mission to deliver needed leadership learning to local leaders.
