Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi appoints Mr. Jörg Hauri as new General Manager of Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, 25th October 2011 – Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi has the pleasure of announcing the appointment of its new General Manager, Mr. Jörg Hauri.

Mr. Hauri has completed his apprenticeship and hotel school in Switzerland after which he has spent many years travelling the world to gain a host of invaluable experience which he now brings to the table at Beach Rotana.
The impressive career started in Switzerland, then moved on to Asia where Jörg Hauri spent about 20 years working in various countries, mostly in the food and beverage section and as the Resident Manager. After Asia, Mr. Hauri tackled the Middle East starting with Sheraton in Egypt and then the UAE. Then he thought it was time to explore the African continent further southwards and he worked at two different hotels in Mauritius including the One & Only Sugar Beach Resort.

After Mr. Hauri joined Mövenpick in 2002, he worked with them in Egypt, Tunisia and Lebanon and then moved to Greece where he became the Group General Manager for Maris Hotels in Crete.
