Grand Hyatt Amman appoints Ivan Chieregatti as new executive sous chef
Chef Ivan Chieregatti, a new culinary artist who recently joined Grand Hyatt Amman team is the new executive sous chef.
With a diploma in culinary and kitchen management from the Excelsior Della Valle, Ponte di Legano in Italy and a higher degree in tourism and management from the Bramante Institute in Milan, Italy, he has extensive experience having worked with a number of leading hotel chains worldwide, including Hilton, Kempinski, the Jumeirah in addition to his last stop before coming to Amman, Hyatt Regency Dubai.
