Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Welcomes New Training Manager Jardine Ong
Dubai, January 25, 2012; With a career in human resources training and consultancy spanning seven years, Jardine Ong joins Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates as Training Manager within the hotel's Human Resources team.
With extensive experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, recruitment and a specialization in customer service development programs and leadership and sales training, Ong will be a welcome addition to the hotel's team and is expected to play an important role in fostering a healthy and productive employee culture as well as boosting effective performance within the organisation.

Ong moves to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates from Azadea Group ‒ one of the leading retail franchise groups in the UAE ‒ where she served as a training manager since 2009. Ong previously worked as a Senior Consultant - HR and Organizational Development with Global Management Consultants in the UAE, HR Officer at Advanced Contact Solutions and a Senior Training Officer at APAC Customer Services, both in Manila.
During her five years in the UAE, Ong has worked on training consultancy programs for a number of high-profile clients with complex training requirements from various industries such as such aviation, banking and finance as well as retail amongst others.
Ong holds a Bachelors degree in science in Human Resource Development and several specialist trainer certifications including an internationally recognised DiSC Certification in Psychometric Behavioural Profiling.
