New Restaurant Manager Joins Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai

Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai has appointed Adrián Cordero Martínez as Restaurant Manager for its Kris Restaurant. The Mexican national joined the hotel in October, bringing his own passionate and creative style of management to this distinctive restaurant.

Offering panoramic views across Dubai, Kris Restaurant serves a variety of cuisines based on the ancient spice trail from China to Arabia complemented by an excellent cellar of fine wines and superb live Jazz music.

Martínez joins the Park Regis from the Gul Hotel in Bahrain, where he held the position of Restaurant Manager for the property’s 120-seat Margarita Mexicana restaurant.

Prior to moving to the Middle East in 2009, Martínez had an amassed wealth of experience working at hotels and restaurants across the USA and Mexico, including the five-star Barceló Maya Palace Hotel and five-star Valentin Imperial Maya Hotel, both in Mexico.
