Safir International Hotel Management appoints Mohamed Ibrahim as Executive Assistant Manager of Safir Marina Hotel Kuwait
Senior appointment further supports the group’s strategic expansions
Kuwait, 05 July, 2010: Leading Kuwait based Middle East Hotel Management Company; Safir Hotels & Resorts announced today the acknowledgement of Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim as Executive Assistant Manager of the Safir Marina Hotel. Mr. Ibrahim is very well qualified to be at the helm of this position at Safir Marina Hotel; he has a wealth of international experience in hospitality management that spans for more than twelve years, with extensive knowledge in the sales and marketing field. In his new capacity, Mr. Mohamed will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day runnings of the hotels operations focusing on sales & marketing, rooms division and leading the executive committee of the hotel in special projects.

With a Bachelors degree in tourism and hotel management from Alex University, Ibrahim’s first placement in the hotel industry was with Ibrotel Hotels & Resorts, Hurghada and later to Hilton, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt and Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, Kuwait. His professional hospitality background and top level knowledge of the GCC markets led him to become the Director of Sales and Marketing at Safir Marina Hotel Kuwait for the past four years.
