• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.
• Arrange meetings and all relevant works and logistics.
• Assist with events, workshops organization OR represent the project in external and internal conferences and workshops.
• Produce presentations and documents whenever it is required.
• Write proposals for fundraising and follow up the process and the development of the project with our partners.
• Manage visits with external and internal partners with CEO/or office managers for meetings.
• Manage multitasks and activities and priorities them according to its importance and follow through on a timely manner.
• Administer the digital social media of the project on Facebook and LinkedIn pages or website by posting activities, images and press release of the project.
• Networking with internal and external partners.
• Conduct visits to discuss the issues related to the future cooperation.
• Report directly to the manager or the supervisor directly on all activities of what had been accomplished and what are in the process.
• Participate in building the strategy and the plan of the project.
• Maintain good relationship an d cooperation the colleagues.
• Attend meeting and write minutes to spread it to the relevant staff.
• Travel whenever it is required.
• Classify documents according to its subject or according to each project.
• Cataloging documents to ensure ease of access to require information at all times.
• Data entry.
• Drafting and editing emails, Memorandums and agreements before submitting to the partners/CEO.
• Prepare hard copy and digitize copy for each file to ensure easy access for information and documents.
• Manage files and data for each project.
• Maintain files, records and documents for future use or review.
