Job Description For General Manager
- We are looking for a Leader who should imbibe and believe in the ethos and values of the organization and inculcate the same in his team.
- Should possess the quality to handle the external guests & internal team members effectively.
- Should understand the product (The Resort) and come up with innovative ways to provide the guests with value for money experience.
- Should have good understanding of P&L and aim at driving the Resort with profitability and satisfaction to both external guests & internal team members.
- Make, manage and achieve the Budgets set for the Resort.
- Must possess strong understanding of the Lonavala & Leisure Market.
- Should be able to handle challenging situations arising from time to time.
- Contribute, suggest and come up with innovative suggestions to make the property profitable during both Seasonal & Non – Seasonal days, thereby attributing growth for self and the organization.
- Must be able to handle relevant legislations relating to fire, hygiene, employment, licensing etc arising from time to time.
- Handle guest feedback and suggestion effectively.
- We need young performers with a zest to grow along with the organizations growth.
- Good communication skills.
- Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Good negotiation skills.
- High in energy level.
- Self Motivated, keen to learn and enhance knowledge and skills.
- Timely completion of all works assigned with proper reporting.
