Asha's Wafi has won the gold award for the Restaurant of the Year (Indian) category at the Middle East Hozpitality Excellence Awards 2022 held at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club in November 2022.

Asha Bhosle, a well-known Indian singer and actor, is the inspiration behind an award-winning, multi-cultural, transcontinental gastronomic destination that is as distinctive as her voice. For more than seven decades, Asha Bhosle has enthralled audiences all over the world.

The first Asha restaurant at WAFI Dubai's high-profile launch in 2002 signaled the fulfillment of her second great passion, outstanding Indian cuisine. Age has never been a deterrent for Asha Bhosle, who still cuts albums and tours the world singing songs that have made her famous across the globe. She ventured into the restaurant business twenty years ago following a suggestion from her son, who manages her restaurants and concerts.

To ensure that every kitchen and diner's experience reflects Asha's culinary philosophy, she still personally oversees the work of the restaurant's spice master. To produce a flawless repertory of her irresistible meals, aromatic cardamom, piquant chilies, earthy cumin, and other spices infuse with sweet, strong, spicy, and sour tones.

With 15 branches across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar in the United Arab Emirates, Birmingham, Manchester, and Solihull in the United Kingdom, the international network of Indian restaurants has quickly established itself as a favorite of local and international diners.

An award-winning dining establishment is situated in Wafi Mall, the bustling center of Pyramids.
