Supervising a total of 219 accommodation rooms for more than 600 staff. <br>Working closely with the HR team to maintain daily operations by reporting major issues related to maintenance, supplies, colleagues violating housing policy, etc. <br> <br>Supervise a team of cleaners ensuring company standards are maintained. <br>Coordinate repairs and maintenance of rooms and the facility in general. <br>Manages and organize the regular supply needed to maintain the facility. <br>Regularly inspect the accommodation to ensure hygiene, health and safety regulations are met. <br>Coordinate the organization of furniture, laundry and linens supplies. <br>Pitches relevant information to the HR team. <br>Record logs and incident report using Microsoft word and Excel. <br>Ensure all accommodation filling and contracts (like pest control, Transport, Grease Trap cleaning and others) are monitored and updated when due to renew. <br>Tracking the arrival of new employees and their departure to assist them accordingly. <br>Record and attend to all maintenance requests, regular housing inspections and employee complaints. <br>Supervise the short and long term plan for the staff accommodation as well as the daily operations. <br>Maintain proper and up to date filling of all document as per Municipality standard <br>Support HR initiative such as sports event, entertainment, movie night, etc... <br>To ensure that repairs and maintenance works are reported and monitored. <br>Effective patrolling around and within accommodation at all time. <br> To bring about reasonable suggestion that will enhance residents comfort. <br>Understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. <br>Other duties assigned by manager. <br>First Hand information of accommodation, staff cafeteria in the accommodation and transportation related should any be require by Accommodation Manager/HR at any time.
