Your Day to Day

As a Front Office Agent, you are responsible for

To use discretion and tact when dealing with guest inquiries, problems, or complaints in an efficient & professional manner without detriment to the hotel and/or its reputation.
To use/ adhere the SOP’s provided through Management to guarantee a standard level of service & to be a leading example.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the check-in and check-out of the hotel guest as per the standard laid down by the management.
To ensure security and privacy of guests by keeping all guests information confidential.
Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the Director of Guest Services.

What we need from you

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, Hotel Management background, interpersonal and communication skills, Knowledge of opera, ability to work under pressure.
