As Supervisor you will assist in managing and overseeing the operations and development of the Spa in accordance with Caesars Palace standards and local culture practices driven by the best possible guest and staff experience. Additionally, the Supervisor acts as a role model, exemplifies all performance standards set forth for the department, and ensures that the coordinator and attendant staff adheres to operational policies and procedures. Assistance is given to the management team with: overseeing front of the house operations, communications, inventory control, general & retail administration duties.
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Supervisors to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Spa experience is preferred
- The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic
