Our Engineering team is expanding and looking for a knowledgeable, passionate, energetic team member as Engineering Team Leader (Kitchen & Laundry) with proven experience in a highly active 5* luxury environment to join us. 

Applicants for the Engineering Team Leader (Kitchen & Laundry) must have similiar previous experience with excellent attention to detail. And, will be responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments. He commonly act as a liaison between their team and upper management, ensuring that everyone is on the same page with regard to company goals and objectives. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests. Must be effective at handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary. Self-starter, ability to make decisions with a high level of common sense.

Also, adhere to quality expectations and standards of Caesars Palace Dubai. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
