Our Rooms Division is expanding and looking for a knowledgeable, passionate Receptionist (Russian Speaker) with proven experience in a highly active 5* luxury environment to join us.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out.
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow company policies and procedure, Forbes standards.
- Up-Selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of debit cards, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel policy, maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Ensure that the Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager/ Supervisor are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
- Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.
