Our Food & Beverage team is expanding and looking for friendly, energetic Waiter / Waitress with proven experience in a highly active 5* luxury environment to join our Banquet team.
As a Banquet Waiter/ess – your main responsibilities will be welcoming guests, flawless table settings (Set tables according to type of event and service standards). Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests. Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems. Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed.
We are looking for a warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable. Great conversational skills and teamwork oriented. Hands-on approach with a can-do work style and committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
