Job Description For Sous Chef

City Seasons Suites Dubai, a luxury Hotel Apartment property, is re-opening soon!

So, we are looking for a Sous Chef to be in charge of the kitchen operations which includes all-day dining, room service, and Lobby Café. The successful candidate will be in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star property, energetic, creative, and hands-on with a good knowledge of International Cuisines as well as HACCP standards and procedures.

A pre-opening experience would be a distinct advantage
