Our Teaching Methodology is a combination of Classroom lectures through Power Point Presentations, Practical classes Online Virtual lectures from Industry Experts.Apart from this, the college has a Learning Management System (LMS), a digital platform on which students have access to the lecture related power point presentations, videos, assignments, question banks, quiz, etc. of all the subjects that are being taught to them. We also train students in SHAWMAN POS software which are the industry software to handle all Point of Sales are also trained in Front Office software to do actual online Reservations, Registrations, Check- In, Check – Out procedures etc. Apart from regular curriculum, the institute also arranges various Workshops Value Added Courses where students can participate. To keep them technologically ahead, students are encouraged guided to create their own Food Blogs, produce Food Videos, load them on the Institute’s Youtube channel .We have a well-equipped Food Media Lab, where students are taught the nuances of Food Photography, Food Plating Food Presentation.
