Job Description For Driver cum Housekeeping Supervisor (Manual UAE Driving License)

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, he/she will be responsible to maintain the appearance of all rooms with the highest quality standard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, monitor, and control work activities of housekeepers to ensure clean and orderly apartments
• Assign duties to housekeeping agents on site
• Be involved and participate in the work as well as inspect all housekeepers to ensure service and quality standards have been met
• Keep and maintain an inventory of all supplies – e.g. linen, towels, amenities, cleaning supplies
• Coordinate with the laundry team for supply of linen and towels
• Participate in establishing standards and procedures for all housekeeping agents
• Assist in the procurement of all housekeeping supplies

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Hotelier background
• Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts as required
• Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• UAE manual driving license is a must.
