Welcome to ExpoCulinaire an event that realises the importance of reuniting food and equipment with chefs. We are privilaged to be the new home of the Emirates International Salon Culinaire, the most established and recognised chef competition in the Middle East. On our first year we made a large focus on Education and Training by teaming up with the UAE’s leading institutes as our partners. Including Emirates Academy of Hospitality and Management, International Centre for Culinary Arts, Chef International Center and Richemont Masterbaker. All of the Education and Training sessions were free and were designed to give the next generation of industry professionals an insight in to the opportunities for growth and development. Thank you to the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Sharjah Expo Centre for supporting us and the local Hospitality Industry.
