Backed by my experience as a passenger handling agent with Tap Portugal airline at the Kotoka International Airport, I was at the check-in counter to provide an excellent communication to passengers, weigh and tag their baggage, check them in, issue boarding cards and giving passengers clear directions to the boarding gate.
