Palácio Tangará, Oetker Collection’s first masterpiece hotel in South America, announces Ana Luiza Masagão as the new Head of Sales and Marketing for the exceptional property. Ana Luiza brings with her 22 years of experience within the hospitality space, having worked with companies such as Hyatt and Marriott.
In her role as Head of Sales and Marketing for Palácio Tangará, Ana Luiza is charged with expanding the property’s online presence. She arrives at Palácio Tangará as a member of the executive committee and is responsible for overseeing the development of revenue generation, distribution and channel management, opening of new markets, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships and brand positioning. She received a degree in hospitality from Senac São Paulo, an Extension Course in Sales and an MBA in Service Marketing from the Superior School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM.) Most recently, Ana Luiza worked at the groups Rio Quente (now Aviva) and Royal Palm Hotels & Resorts, where she contributed to a 30% growth in the latter’s revenues in the first half of the year.
