Café Bateel, home of gourmet Mediterranean cuisine, announces the launch of a hearty seasonal menu, perfect for the cooler months. Diners can delight in a variety of options ranging from delightful soups and salads to delicious mains and desserts, with offerings also available for health conscious diners. A seamless balance of wellness and indulgence, the fresh seasonal menu is now available in all cafés across the UAE.
The innovative and enticing winter menu has been carefully curated by Bateel’s award-winning executive chef Jean-Luc Vila, offering a culinary celebration of the finest seasonal ingredients and flavours drawing influence from dynamic Mediterranean cuisine. From breakfast, to a nourishing lunch or an indulgent dinner, Café Bateel’s fresh seasonal menu will leave guests truly satisfied with every bite. Highlights include The Bateel Açai Bowl which boasts homemade honey coated granola, with fresh ripe banana, raspberries, kiwi and blueberries, dusted with coconut flakes and served with Chef Jean-Luc’s açai sorbet, an alternative way to savour the superfood. Whilst the Tiger Prawn Linguini combines organic homemade pasta with flawlessly herbed and spiced tiger prawns, cherry tomatoes and a delicate crab bisque, finished with a squeeze of lemon and touch of basil - sure to be a firm favourite with Café Bateel’s loyal guests. Diners looking for rustic winter delight can’t miss the Braised Beef Short Rib served with Greek mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, seasonal root vegetables and sautéed kale. For those with a sweet tooth, Café Bateel offers four new seasonal treats including the Lemon Slice - white chocolate and vanilla mascarpone on a biscuit base, topped with a lemon ganache and almond glaze. The perfect way to end a meal or ideal to be enjoyed with a Spanish Latte, which combines Bateel’s famous coffee and renowned dates, for a truly delicious experience.

THE BATEEL AÇAI BOWL

AVOCADO FIVE GRAIN SUPER SALAD
A blended mix of lentils, red quinoa, mixed grain with avocado, fresh Italian feta cheese and asparagus topped with a fried egg.

Healthy and heartwarming cauliflower soup, lifted with fresh coriander and served with a delicate mix of grains and sesame seeds.
GRILLED HALLOUMI & AVOCADO BRUSCHETTA
A fresh avocado and zesty lemon base for our Italian halloumi dish garnished with zaatar, sumac and a touch of homemade beetroot hummus served on a light and crunchy Levain toast.
BLACK RICE & ROOT SALAD
A selected combination of healthy root vegetables served on a bed of Venere rice with a beetroot, artichoke and herb dressing.
WILD MUSHROOM BURRATA
A generous mix of mushrooms and grilled asparagus embrace our fresh burrata served with crunchy Levain toast and finished with a Bateel balsamic glaze.
