Barcelo Hotel Group to Manage All Inclusive Five Star Property in Ras Al Khaimah as Appointed by Marjan
The Spanish hospitality group has assumed operations the 500 key all-inclusive five star properties following the signing of a management agreement.
Dubai, May 2019: The master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, Marjan, has confirmed Barceló Hotel Group as the operator of its five star, allinclusive resort hotel, set to open in Q3 of 2021. The 500 key property will be located on the luxurious Al Marjan Island of the northern emirate, and will form the brand’s seventh venture in the UAE.
The property will become the group’s first all-inclusive property in the region, whose offerings are set to align with the Barceló brand, providing guests with the high-quality hospitality, contemporary appeal and attentive service.
The Spanish hospitality group will assume operations of the hotel and overseeing of its development, following the signing of a management agreement in April 2019 at Ras Al Khaimah between Abdullah Al Abdooli, CEO of Marjan, Jaime Buxó, Chief Development Officer, Barceló Hotel Group – in the presence of Raúl Gonzáles, CEO of Barceló Hotel Group.
