Javed has successfully established a structured centralized procurement department and is at the forefront of ensuring that all four hotels he currently oversees in the procurement docket are running smoothly with timely supplies and exceptional operational support.
He successfully managed the pre-opening of ECOS Dubai Al Furjan within a record timeframe. He has also demonstrated remarkable saving strategies through effective group contracting, implementing a centralized purchasing process, and leveraging economies of scale discounts, among other impactful measures.
Javed is adept at developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, skillfully managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices that are meticulously aligned with brand standards and project timelines. He is proficient in handling comprehensive procurement for hotel FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment), and all project-related materials.
Javed consistently demonstrates strong negotiation skills, possesses excellent market intelligence, and exhibits outstanding cross-functional coordination with hotel management, suppliers, and contractors to support timely renovations, projects, and re-openings.
