Currently leading the culinary operations at Soul Hospitality, Chef Muchie is responsible for concept development, menu innovation, team training, and high-standard execution across multiple venues.
Prior to this, he made a significant mark at The Farm Restaurant, SA Ways Trading, Babygoose Investments, and Habtoor Hospitality, where he garnered accolades such as What’s On Magazine’s Best Brunch below AED 400 for four consecutive years. His background in menu engineering, kitchen design, and hospitality operations has contributed to a legacy of successful dining concepts and consistently high guest satisfaction.
Armed with a Master of Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management (expected 2025) and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from ASMI, Chef Muchie blends academic knowledge with hands-on expertise — a rare combination that has earned him admiration from peers and patrons alike.
