Samreen Khan, Group Executive Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Nordic Holding, has been honored in Hozpitality's Best 30 Women Leaders in the Middle East 2025 for her exceptional career progression and strategic contributions to human resources across the hospitality and real estate sectors. With over 11 years of experience spanning India and Bahrain, Samreen has built a reputation for excellence in talent development, pre-opening leadership, and aligning HR strategy with core business objectives.
Beginning her career as an HR Executive in India in 2014, Samreen quickly advanced to leadership roles. Her international journey accelerated in 2016 when she joined the pre-opening team of the iconic Wyndham Grand Manama, where she led talent acquisition, training, and employee services for seven years. She further demonstrated her pre-opening expertise as Head of HR for Onyx Arjaan & Residences by Rotana, overseeing both hotel and residences operations.
In her current role at Nordic Holding, Samreen oversees HR for a diverse portfolio including a luxury hotel, villa properties, a commercial and residential tower, an in-house fit-out division, and a rapidly expanding AI/software development team. As she prepares to transition into a Hotel Manager role for one of Nordic Holding's iconic properties, her career embodies a unique blend of deep HR expertise and comprehensive operational understanding.
