Sandeep Singh is a highly experienced finance professional with over 13 years of expertise in hospitality and financial management. Currently serving as the Financial Controller at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, Sandeep has demonstrated outstanding leadership and a strong commitment to financial excellence within the hotel.
He began his career in 2011 as an Income Auditor at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi. There, he gained valuable experience working with various global hotel chains, including involvement in pre-opening projects and system migrations. Since joining The Retreat Palm Dubai in 2020 as Chief Accountant, Sandeep’s exceptional performance earned him a well-deserved promotion to Financial Controller.
In his current role, Sandeep has driven several innovative initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy. These include automating reporting systems, transitioning to SharePoint for seamless report sharing, and replacing manual approvals with electronic forms. His forward-thinking approach and strong IT expertise have greatly enhanced the hotel’s financial operations.
