- maintain and update the hotel page content on OTAs and GDS.
-Conduct periodic audits on OTAs and hotel website content.
-monitor and assist in insuring rate parity through tall electronic distribution channels.
- executing all related tasks for creating promotions on all OTAs and electronic channels.
- executing creating Rate codes and new channels connections on the channel manager with all related tasks of mapping and creating rate codes on PMS .
- provide tracking analysis end reporting on the effectiveness of all e-programs, promotions, SEM conversions, hotel listings, hotel website traffic from google analytics.
- ensure all promotions are loaded across all electronic channels in parity.
- monitoring the immediate competitors postings and promotions on their social media and their traffic and report it on daily basis.
- monitoring and reporting thr online presence and the rate position of immediate competitors.
Monitor and assess the guest’s reviews on online portals and ensure official response from hotel is in place whenever necessary.
- assisting in generating and updating requested reports from PMS or any electronic channel.
Skills to have. Previous experience in a hotel with similar tasks having experience work on channel manager, reservations department, PMS , excel, power point.
