Job Description For Telemarketing Officer- (Online Portal)

We are looking for a Telemarketing Officer (Online Job Portal) to be based in Mumbai urgently.

Candidates with Telemarketing/Sales experience with knowledge of Hospitality industry needed for this position.

Main Duties:

Act as the main point of contact between the company and its marketplace

Make outbound calls to both new and existing clients actively selling the company\'s portfolio of products and services in accordance with the sales plan

Extend existing customer agreements/contracts and upsell and cross-sell the company\'s portfolio of products and services in order to meet sales targets

Meet with existing clients, attend trade shows, and conduct show around

Support the sales and marketing team by assisting with marketing campaigns, mail shots, sales blitz.

Salary plus commission on sales offered.
