Preparation of Financial documents such as Invoices, Quotations, Purchase order and recording necessary data for daily sales. Preparing Expenses and sales report on monthly basis and submitting to the Finance Manager before the deadline and presenting in the monthly meet up. Preparing quarterly VAT report of the department for Tax filing. Getting updated SOA from vendors and scheduling payment on monthly basis. Maintained excellent relations with clients by responding immediately to adverse situations and resolving the problems and payment follow up with daily basis and updating monthly statement of accounts. Preparing payroll and uploading the SIF to the bank before 25th of every month as per company payroll policy. Handling petty cash and passing regular accounting entries and month end Journal Vouchers. Utility bill payment on monthly basis. Preparing the monthly cash forecast and sending the report to the manager timely manner. Preparing and sending weekly batch payment. Reviewing staff monthly vacation reports and preparing Leave salary and Full and Final Settlement. Maintaining the attendance report of employees and preparing the over time for the employees and distributing every month end. Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
