Job Description For Engineering Shift Leader
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control the daily operation during the absence of the Cheif. Engineer.
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule.
- Distribute the work to subordinates according to capabilities to get the best results.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all electrical panels, motors electrical appliances, etc.
- Other Duties Assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as engineer in hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
- Relevant skill certificate of Engineering
