17 January 2021 (Abu Dhabi, UAE) Anantara Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi Hotel announces the appointment of a talented new Executive Sous Chef Federico Sanna, who joins the property's culinary team under Executive Chef Idin Asmitha. With more than 15 years of experience in fine-dining kitchens around the globe, Federico brings a world of Gastronomic influences to Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel.

Born and raised on the Italian island of Sardinia, Federico grew up in the familys restaurant business, exposed to the richly varied cuisines of the Mediterranean, including North African, Middle Eastern and Southern European. The chef has since worked in several esteemed fine-diners across Italy, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, France and Dubai, perfecting his signature blend of tradition and innovation.
