I have worked with JW Marriott Hotel Mumbai for 3 years and later joined the cruise ship industry starting from the position of Utility Cleaner, Waiter, Kitchen Manager, Back of House Manager and finally to the position of Hygiene and Sanitation Officer. I have also worked with The Leela Hotel Mumbai as Stewarding Manager for an year. Job included Training and coaching of the entire Hotel Department with regards to food and hygiene, conducting Public Health and Hygiene rounds within all F&B Outlets including the Kitchen, part of the Internal and External Audits, managing the Integrated Pest Management and any jobs given by the shore side management.
