Prepare and set up the restaurant for breakfast/ lunch or dinner.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Adhere to billing policies and cost handling procedures.
Have up to date product knowledge to upsell the theme nights and ongoing promotions.
Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant.
Contribute to controlling costs, reducing wastage/ breakage and departmental targets.
Learns, Practices, Records, HACCP working procedures & perform duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.
Engage in guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management.
The candidate should be/have:
Previous Experience in similar role is must.
Standing & Walking for long hours.
Inter personal relationship and outgoing personality.
Handling hot and non-alcoholic beverages.
Frequent bending, lifting and carrying weights.
