The Retreat Palm MGallery by Sofitel's Raja Tahir Named Guest Service Person of the Year
Gold award winner for hospitality excellence
A Gold Award for Guest Service Person of the Year was presented to Raja Tahir, a concierge at The Retreat Palm MGallery by Sofitel, during the 8th Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards, which were held at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club on November 16, 2022.
Raja Muhammed Tahir Khan is an energetic concierge with over eight years of successful experience providing excellent customer service in five-star hotels, exceeding residents' and management staff's expectations. He grew up in Pakistan and moved to Dubai in August 2015 to begin his career with Ibis Style Hotel before moving to The Retreat Palm MGallery by Sofitel, where he works to date.
Winning the *Guest Service Gold Award* in the entire Middle East Hospitality is a dream come true for Raja. Because it has always been his long-term goal, it also demonstrates that he has served well. Raja credits God for his accomplishments.
