For the last 8 years I work as Executive Housekeeper in various large and boutique luxury resorts and city hotels across Egypt and UAE.
During my work I am directly involved to all main operational decisions related to property management, sustainability and quality assurance issues aimed to improve guests experience and optimize efficiency of involved departments, as well as budgets and P&L analysis, various projects and handling different VVIP events and direct involvement to pre-opening arrangements. Through my latest job role I have excellent knowledge of all products related to Hotel Rooms, Housekeeping and Laundry that help me to speed up purchasing process using my quality expertise. I used to manage large multinational teams since many years that allowed me to be qualified in choosing right candidates for certain positions, evaluating departmental KPI and employees’ performance, assigning strategy for development, improving overall work atmosphere as well as my attention to fine details, accuracy and excellent communication skills help me to raise costumer experience to the higher level.
In addition to above I used to organize and monitor work of different outside contractors including cleaning team and façade spiders, marble polishing, pest control, florists and seasonal decorations, landscape, upholstery and furniture companies, maintenance contractors for various projects in rooms and public areas.
