Management of telephone, online and offline reservations.Very important, and last experience, made in Arbatax Park Resort 4**** (Best Eco Resort in the world, 2019) in the reservation office which is the reference for 6 different Hotels.That experience gave me a lot of knowdlage about different software and platforms but also about team work, problem solving and working under pressure.Experience also in the administrative and management field acquired working and collaborating with various public (also abroad) and private offices.Excellent ability to manage and organize my own work and of the other colleagues. Skills gained both in the work and in the voluntary field.In particular, I have gained many experiences in the Erasmus+ programme in which I actively participate as an individual and through associations. I took part in more than 10 international projects and meetings in different countries.Thanks to a wide international experience I have acquired excellent dialectical and communicative skills also in English.I have worked and collaborated (and continue to do so) with multiethnic and multicultural groups during various experiences abroad, so working in groups or in an international environment is normal for me.Important experience also as a Civil and Commercial Mediation, which gave me the possibility to collaborate and get in touch with different public and private authorities.
