Job Description For Accountant
Daily/Weekly/Monthly – Task & Reports
•Preparation and accounting of JV’s, CPVs & CRVs
•Maintain Assets depreciation schedule
•Credit card reconciliation
•Maintain prepayment schedule
•Vat Reconciliation & preparation quarterly returns
•Bank reconciliation & Monthly Cash flow statement
•Checking of Suppliers payment advice & cheques
The candidate should be/have:
•Excellent knowledge of Sun Accounting Systems
•Suitable candidate would be qualified Accountant w/previous Hotel accounting experience
•Candidate should have Intermediate computer proficiency- MS Office (word, excel, ppt, access, etc)
•Flexible regarding working schedule
•Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
