Job Description For Reservation Agent

 

•Proactively handle and resolve customer queries & escalations through all channels (Telephone, email, Whatsapp and social media)

•Provide timely, accurate and detailed communication to any customer or partner regarding any enquiries

•Complete all reservation tasks including reservations, amendments cancellations and upsell in any customer channel

•Any other duties as my reasonably be requested by management (in case any additional duties to be added in future)

 

The candidate should be/have:

•Candidate should preferably have previous Hotel experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations

•Good English communication skills

•Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

•Attractive salary and benefits offered for the right candidate.
