In celebration of al fresco dining season returning to the city, Nikki Beach ResortandSpa Dubai's Down-To-Earth dinner series will be back once again on Thursday 21stOctober, 4thand 18thNovember from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A picturesque culinary delight to welcome in the cooler weather and see in the long weekend in style!
Down-To-Earth pioneers sustainable eating through vibrantly coloured, peak-season fruit, and components from the land and sea, with over fifteen sharing-style dishes priced at AED 350 per person, inclusive of a glass of sustainably made fizz. The dinner series celebrates its picturesque seaside setting on the sand by primarily including raw seafood, in its purest form, with the notion that creating an impression begins at the dining table.
Chef Claudio's mission is to create a menu using premium quality, seasonal ingredients that are sustainably sourced from local and international farms, the Nikki Beach Garden, and the sea itself. Additionally, the beverage menu is made up of ethically made and environmentally conscious products which will lift your spirits (in more ways than one!).
Nikki Beach Dubai strives to incorporate the freshest locally grown ingredients in each dish served, as we do in many Nikki Beach locations around the world with similar food activations.
