I have done my bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and having 23 years of experience. My previous experience with different Organization in different Places/Countries helped me to acquire a strong knowledge about the Industry. My qualification in Hotel Management and exposure made me a good Hospitality Manager with focus on responsible to manage Hospitality operations on a day to day basis and to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the 5 key result areas such as Guest Service, Employees, Sale and Marketing, Organization appearance and Profit/financial Control.
