- 866 key (1,425-room) 5-star business and convention hotel and residences with 6 Food & Beverage outlets, extensive meeting facilities with 3,800 m2 Ballroom, and two Health Club facilities. The hotel opened its doors on 30th December 2018.
- Successfully set up the entire Front Office operations during the pre-opening phase of the hotel in absence of a department head.
- Leading a team of 80 fulltime individuals across Front Desk, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge, Call Centre, Bell Desk, and Valet.
- Set up and lead a room upselling scheme resulting in USD 210K additional revenue in 2019.
- Fully in charge of managing the official Guest Assistance and Medallia platform.
- Recently across Covid-19 from March 2020, I am in charge of the Housekeeping activities in the Residences buildings.
