- Collecting of documents from different departments and sending it to the head office.
- Receiving of documents from the head office and properly disseminating it to the respective departments or staffs.
- Informing the staffs about their schedule for contract signing, medical tests, trainings and other announcements from the head office.
- Assisting the staffs in filling out or signing forms to be sent to the head office.
