Job Description For Front Office Associates
We are looking for a dynamic FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE to join our team.
Job Description:
Front Office Associate performs room check-ins and check-outs, accepting and arranging reservations, assigning rooms, maintaining booking and payments, and communicating with the entire hotel staff to ensure quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the same role within a 4* or 5* hotel in the Gulf Region is mandatory.
- Gender preference based on visa availability.
