Responsible for assisting the HR with any given Human Resources matters, and for providing an effective and comprehensive support service to employees of the company. Recording all employee information such as personal data, attendance, benefits, compensation, holidays. Also involved in writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies and screening applicants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately updating the HR employee database.
- Arranging induction for new employees

- Assist HR in performing background checks and reviewing references
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
- Writing up offers of employment letters.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Updating various Excel spreadsheets for employee benefits and various company related spreadsheets
- Scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire process and paperwork
- Reading all correspondence including inquiry letters, job applications and CVs that are sent in.
- Payroll Administration
- Reviewing staff monthly vacation reports.
- Writing job adverts and posting them on newspaper and online job boards
- Assisting with employee relations
- Employees transfer and Termination
