Currently own a consulting business in Philippines since 2010, I work with many international brands for franchising both domestic and international growth. We also do training for the restaurant industry and adaptation to the international markets. I have worked in the food industry for over 30 years. The one thing I Love about being in the hospitality industry is it allows you to network with amazing individuals from around the world, share best practices and learn new ideas.

We cater to individuals and companies that want to franchise their business or wish to get a franchise for their portfolio. Working with multiple international brands from around the world we assist in findings that perfect partner and guiding them through the process. We assist with manuals and other documentation for their brand and adapting to the new market. RADAR also does training for staff, including customer service, marketing, managment, service and adaptation to new markets. We have successfully opened local brands in the Middle East and SE Asia as well as brought to the Philippines a few select brand with Master franchisees. Started working with Bon Appetit Management Company as a catering manager at Cisco Systems, assisting with catering throughout the campus. Assisted with menu, Delivery planning, executive dining, meetings, and planning of major events for the company. Prompted to General Manager for Duke University Medical & Diet Center and was responsible for the menu planning, working with patients, staff and dieticians to insure the proper meals and portions were being prepared. Moved to manage another Cisco Campus as a General manager where I managed over 10 million in annual revenue for the site and was responsible for budget, planning, training, client meetings and building of new cafes as campus grew. My last postiion with this group was a Regional support manager which allowed me to get involved in sales and promote our services to other companies, including the sales presentations, I was also involved in the opening of new sites, including the training, and set up of the facility. Compass Group brought out Bon Appetit Managment Company and we became the boutique Division under the larger Compass Group.1990 - 1999 (9 Years)

I started with Marriott Management Services at Southern Illinois University when I was still a student. I worked as a server, bartender, delivery and set up for the dining services. During my time I joined the student management program and worked with the managers to learn the industry and understand the catering world. I was lucky to serve two sitting US Presidents who hosted dinner on campus as well as several high level Government officials. After my graduation I was offered a position of Catering Director of the campus and was now responsible for creating budgets, hiring and training staff as well as planning and meeting clients for special events and programs. I created a wedding expo on campus to fill our empty ballrooms on campus during summer months. We also created a training program to improve our services. Wor,kung on a University campus you do events for a variety of groups, from small University president dinners at thieir residence to large dinners of over 10,000 it was an exciting part of my career.
