As a team member I am very competitive, I like taking on new challenges and going that extra mile to help the guests/customers achieve a sense of satisfaction with a smile on their face and good name for the company. Winning for me is not compulsory but making an active effort in any role is far more important. Patience is the main virtue any customer service agent should depict. Guest and customers are always considered to be the main asset of any organization. It’s through them our business yields. So we firstly have to endure active listening and apologize for any error on our path to any difficult and irate customer. Showing empathy towards their issue assures them we are there and can provide a solution in some way. Slowly that would build their confidence and trust in in us to ensure customer satisfaction. This would further lead to spread of good word and would in turn build up the company’s name and good reputation.
