Job Description For Fulltime - Housekeeping Attendant
LOOKING FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY
- Assist the department with handling the incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure all messages are properly dealt with.
- Monitors training schedule and requirements for the members of the team to ensure proper development is recorded and tracked.
- Handle input and control of all external and internal requisitions for the department in the purchasing system to ensure appropriate stocks (stationeries, filing box, pens, envelopes, etc.) are available for set up.
- Plans work schedules to ensure adequate service.
- Reports to FMS/Helpline recommendations for painting, repairs, etc. in order to achieve consistent quality of products in the hotel.
- Periodically inventories supplies, forms and equipment to ensure enough provision is on hand.
- Responsible for filing, updating all the necessary documents and records in order to capture correct and important history
- Assist in arranging appointment for the Executive Housekeeper with contractors or suppliers to ensure proper coordination of timing.
- Complete attendance record and submit to Human Resources Department for salary calculation (all of Housekeeping and Laundry Associates) to ensure earnings are paid correctly.
- Communicate closely with uniform/linen section to ensure correct information is conveyed.
- Make sure Lost & Found items are recorded and handled properly in order to have accurate information on hand.
- Follow up delay order with Purchasing Department or suppliers when needed to avoid out of stock amenities.
- Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
