Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer (Entry level) at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions. This role will involve handling day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
